Job Summary
Responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will facilitate leadership and soft skills training, develop instructional materials using the ADDIE framework, and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge across various departments. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading organizational change initiatives while leveraging data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
